All cuz Alvy
Now we got to change our name this sucks. Got criticized bad for all the work we did. -_- . Team mates weren't happy about it. With that we still going to do great and be the best. Thinking of a name any help? o.O !!!!!!!!!!
Good (Team Work) !!!
We all attend a film school in the Bronx, called The Cinema School. Were in this program called Mid-Winter Institute (MWI) & were going on our second year, this year were doing music/concept videos. Were lucky to be doing this because were the only school in New York who has the chance to do this while other people stressing over exams and stuff haha :p. Our video is about a basketball player going to college and he's been home-schooled his whole life so he dosen't really know what school's about and he thinks it will be easy. It's not because he has a bully who cyber-bullies him. Cyber bulling is a bigger issue then everyone thinks. Millons of people are Cyber bullied most don't tell no one and takes action into there own hands and have killed people or killed themselves. We each had good team work and worked very hard on this film. Hope you guys enjoy it :)

Bullying !
Our short film Homeschooled is about a basketball player named Jaime. Homeschooled his whole life and than can't be anymore. Upset about it he goes and plays a Basketball game to get his mind of things. Nice like Lebron James Jaime gets a scholership and goes to college. Being good at things comes with haters and at The Game he was embarrassed and ran out and ran and ran into Brooklyn Bridge and kept going.

The Group!!!
Starting from down to going up: Johanne, Jenny Alec, Ronald, Kevin & Denise .
As the producer i believe that team work is a very important thing when you are working with our classmates. It is important to pay attention & deacate your hard work to the project you & your classmates are working on. I keep everything under control & make sure my classmates are doing what they have to do.

Last day set back
Our last day of shooting was set to be on saturday but unfortunetly our actor couldn't make it last minute. It seems this took us some steps back in our film but hopefully we figure out a way to continue on with our shoot and successfully complete this film. we now have one last scene to shoot and sadly for us its the most important one in this film it establishes the whole story and at this point I wish we had shot this one first.

Second Day of Shooting.
Our second day was better than the first one. Started of taking like 3 trains to our location. It was funny cause we had to take I don't member which train but we was on the wrong side and we all had to run up the stairs to the other train side cause the train was there and the doors were closing so someone had to hold one side of the train door and Kevin (our writer) took mad long and the door almost closed but we were all lucky to get in :).
Description of our Music/concept video ..
Jaime can't be homeschooled by his girlfriend anymore. Martha (the girlfriend) breaks the news about it and says he has to attend school. After finding out he goes and plays basketball. Jaime didn't know that people had an eye on him. After he finished shooting around, a random guy gives him a scholar ship to play basketball in college. He goes home and tells his girlfriends but she's not to thrilled about it. Jaime starts his first day & becomes popular. Arnold (a bully) feels like Jamie is taking his spot. Arnold has always been the popular kid and the best in basketball and doesn't appreciate that Jaime's taking his spot. Arnold feels the need to start cyber- bulling Jaime. Jaime knows it was Arnold but he ignores him and goes and plays a game. At the game something happens ....
Producer and Director. :)
The Director Ronald (on the right) who wrote the story. and Producer Johanne (on the left)who kept everything in order and made sure everyone was doing what they needed to do.

Second shooting day
Our second shooting day was supposed to be today but we canceled it because of the weather so we'll do it tomorrow. The first day went good. We're expecting better tomorrow.
The Story board artist is also the Camera man YEAH!!!!
I have 2 visions for this movie. That is the drawn image on paper because I did the storyboards for this movie, and the image that I see through the camera because I am also the Director of Photography/Camera man!
The Brooklynnnn Bridqeee !!
The Brooklyn Bridqe was a beautiful view and it went good w/ our film. It was very cold thouqh.>:( . Our fingers and feet were numb. It was to cold thouqh and we saw some white people in jackets and skirts w/ tiqhts -_- they was buqqinq it was to cold for that.
Our First Shooting day. !!!
So are first day was good could have been better. We faced some difficulties with our timing and locations. Filming at Johanne's house went good we got everything we needed but when we went looking for a basketball court outside it went bad. First the court we was going to use was close >:( then I forgot a basketball as the production designer but then when johanne got her brothers basketball it had no air so we had to go to the gas station and got air for the ball. -_-
The DP is Awesome!
Shooting all day like a boss. On the Brooklyn Bridge getting a nice view of the New York skyline, but it was freezing cold! Shooting the last scene.
Blah ! :)
So having the opportunity to be the only school in New York to have this experience is wonderful. We as a school have been doing things that adult film makers never had a chance to do at their high school years and would have wished to do. We had the chance to interact with our actors and they loved helping us and talking to us about their experiences.
